Perfectly fine, and comfortable for my needs. Kinda tricky making a left turn onto the main thoroughfare (Van Buren), but that can't be helped. Cannot beat the room for the price. I'd stay here, again.

Perfect location for what we were doing in Eureka. Just enough of what you need to stay in a hotel, without being too much. You are just sleeping afterall. We did hang on the back deck, it was peaceful and quiet. Deer even came up to the back of the hotel it was so quiet.
