If you are looking for a place that will charge you the room rate, then keep adding charges and running your card this is the place. We felt uncomfortable from check in and had issues with being told we owed more for every little thing when it states all the things were included on the site. The place has clean beds, but overall is pretty unclean (pool, carpets, shower). I come every other month and wanted to give somewhere else a try/business but do NOT recommend this place.

The customer service was fantastic. very friendly and personable. Felt safe and clean and would go back. The AC is dated. It kicks real high on one sode, while the other side is still hot. Nothing an extra blanket for the person sleeping near the unit wont fix. Located just minutes from downtown. Very convenient location.

I had a wonderful stay at this beatifully maintained property with one of the best pools in town. And unlike a lot of hotels, the jacuzzi rooms are amazing and worth splurging on. Thank you so much Kausum; we loved meeting you.

The room was spotless. Very clean and nicely updated. Owner is very nice and friendly.

Hotel is very basic. If you're looking for a hotel that is not "up-to-date" or have all the bells and whistles, this is a good option. My stay was comfortable, room is outdated -- needs a "freshening up."

The Ozarka Lodge was quiet, clean, and relaxing. We enjoyed the clean pool after a long travel day. Breakfast was taken outside by the pool while watching and listening to the variety of birds and a deer even wandered by!! Great for the price and would stay there again!
