Vila petra is a lovely well run property in montechoro close to all amenities restaurants bars etc , staff are excellent nothing was a problem cannot wait to go back

The hotel location , the full breakfast and the wonderful hotel facilities. We have stayed twice previously at the Vila Petra.

One morning my partner was rudely sent away from the breakfast because she could not see our booking for the breakfast. The female staff showed no empathy, or or even suggested what he could to do resolve - until I went to reception where the very helpful kind Maria confirmed our booking. He was left very embarrassed by the lady accepting guests to the breakfast room.

Nothing please avoid

Staff extremely aggressive. Bad banners from second we walked in Pool freezing food stinking staff just horrible. Beds like bricks Bad smell. And entertainment was everything but entertaining. Don't take families here. Young people stay away

It would have been nice not to have any young families above us. Babies crying and parents rushing to take care of the little ones. The hotel was not at capacity we could have been given another room. The entertainment group was great for having activities every night.

Nothing. Utter dump

Avoid at all costs. The rudest staff I've ever came across. Physical to guests who arrived. Stole money and would not return. Again please avoid this place

"PLEASS AVOID. ABUSIVE STAFF"

Staff were abuse to the point where they physically beat a few of our guest. I really recommend avoiding this place
