"Amazing stay...will be staying again"

Everything. Staff friendliness, cleanliness, facilities, location, services, how accommodating the staff were with a room request, great having a gym on site, not too far from the strip but far enough away to not be bothered by it.

€300 euro deposit in cash. I don't carry much cash on holiday anymore and just use card. Wouldn't mind paying the deposit by card but think the cash deposit should be rethought.

Facilities and hotel itself are nice. Breakfast very good. Decent location.

300 cash deposit feels a bit strange. Can’t even pay on a card. Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Then said it was and the cleaners were still cleaning.

Pool area was not too busy. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Entertainment staff were very friendly and engaging.

Staff in general were rude and unfriendly not only to the guests but with each other in full view of guests which is very unprofessional. Food and drink is very overpriced.

Great entertainment and staff, lovely pool

Pool a bit cold when temps dropped below 25 Indoor pool was very salted Local area was not family friendly (Albufeira strip) but I should have researched this better Albufeira old town was not charming
