Quality Inn & Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities

This is located in the center if the Tru-cities in a sketchy part of town. I was kept awake all night by the tweakers who live there.

It’s ok

With MapQuest, the property was very easy to find. Staff at check in were excellent. The room was a bit dated and the bathroom could use a coat of paint, but the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel seemed a bit dodgy and I would not want to be in the parking lot alone. The breakfast buffet was limited, but filling and the warm food was warm and the cold food, cold. All-in-all everything was as described in the website and I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and most of the interior was updated. The breakfast was decent and filling. The staff was super friendly. Good place for a night rest when not seeking the thrills of luxury.

We did not like the area that the property was located. It felt unsafe. I wanted to cancel as soon as we arrived, but was told I couldn’t since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia). Overall it was fine. The hotel itself is very dated and the carpet and curtains were ripped and dirty. It really needs serious upgrades and better breakfast items. We will not be returning.

I wish it would’ve had a pool but overal a nice property

Room had a little bit of a smell, but was very large and comfortable. Had a good size kitchenette and the couch was a nice addition.

Location makes it easy to get where you got to go.
