I liked the customer service. Very accommodating and prompt to my needs. Although I was not there long would have preferred better food options for the breakfast.

Only reason I did not give a full 5 star is the fact of no elevator, I was tgere for business, had to carry 3 bags and laptop bag up stairs

Peeling paint, dirty stained carpet. It looks like this hotel was about to be abandoned and then Red Lion came in and put lipstick on a pig.

A ways of of the main road through the Tri Cities!! Other than that-A great place!!

Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and exactly like the pictures. Enjoyed my stay.

Staff at check in was wonderful and the room was clean. There was no hair dryer in the room. There was only 1 decaf and 1 regular coffee in the room. At breakfast all the food was empty and no staff around.

Room had a dirty wet smell and when I turned lights on to carpet was visibly dirty and stained. When I called front desk she said there was nothing she could do I ask if I could get my money back since it had only been about 20 minutes or so since I checked in. She said she would have to talk to her manager and never called back. I got my stuff and put it my car and walked in to the front desk and shes like there's nothing I could do. It was very disappointing cause we were 2 and half hours away from home and we only came into to town for a show. I ended driving all the way back home that night.

Stayed here for a couple of months and the place is safe, clean and the breakfast is also very good. The Manager Janna is quick and approachable. Oyuki is also very efficent and would help you in any concerns that you have in the hotel. Definetely worth your money.
