Quality Inn & Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities

Customer service was good. Room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Told the front desk so I wouldn’t be charged for smoking, was not offered another room.

It was worth what I paid for. :)

Hotel was nice and clean.

They never got after kids yelling and screaming in hallways way past 10:30pm

Staff were friendly, the desk clerks, and right on down to the chamber maids, the personnel who worked in the kitchen. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

Overall it was great! The woman, Jadelynn I think was her name, working was very nice and accommodating. She seems like a hard worker and any time I or any other guest asked for something she said yes with a genuine smile on her face and completed the task. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the fitness center didn’t have any dumbbells despite having a bench and racks for them. Also on one of the stair sides the banister was broken.

We arrived at this property, we had never been to this city before, and they put us in a room that the door did not close and had a bunch of spackle all over it, like they just repaired it. The room was dirty so we asked to be moved to another room. When we returned at 11:30 that night to our new room, it was so dirty, there were actual hairballs in the bed, hair clumps in the bed, filthy dirty with dust and actual trash on the borders of the carpet, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff seemed pleasant, but unfortunately, didn’t offer to give us any compensation or refund so I had to go through Expedia to try to get a refund and I’m still awaiting that… I’ve always had great experiences with Expedia’s recommendations for the three star hotel but this was by far the worst I would give it a negative star- sorry

Room was ordinarily, however, bathroom was not clean and was not in ordinarily shape; especially the shower. I would appreciate it if you would correct this as a clean shower is a must. Thanks
