Quality Inn & Suites Kennewick Tri-Cities

Kinda strange how the staff can say what ever deposit they want, hole in the floor, bloody booger on the wall , curtains were stained and really gross. Funky smell, hair on the sink counter, crumbs by the sink in the living quarters. Really noisy!!!

Loved that it was dog friendly and outside access was close. Found a great Mexican restaurant next door.

The check in service was mediocre. I made it clear I would need some handicap access, and was initially given a room on the second floor even though there are only stairs. There was a dog that barked for hours during the middle of the night, and staff did nothing to stop it. The matresses were very hard and lumpy just like the pillows. The neither shift made no attempt to help compensate for disruption. Would not recommended

Our stay was fine but unfortunately our room didn’t seem like any one really cleaned beyond our beds. They were made and seemed like they had fresh bedding. The bathroom was cleaned. But the further you went in, the rest of the room seemed neglected. There was a rotting jalapeno in the kitchen area. The couch had stains all over and the curtains were covered in what looked like blood. We had to turn the air off and after a bit the room smelled like wet carpet. The staff was kind and the breakfast bar was excellent. If we were staying longer than one night I would have asked for a different room.

I like how they took 50 dollars and not give it back

Good location the bed was very wore out as well as the couch it was a king bed supposed to be one of the only rooms that they have # 125 every thing else about the room was fine

it was not the ama w us the pictures, curtains where rip , bathroom walls durians carpets where not the clean

We ended up keaving because of the cleanliness of the rooms. The sheets were thin and dirty, the flat surfaces had a layer of dirt.

I did not like the fact that 2 elderly people have to pay an upfront damage deposit just because we live in the same town as the hotel resides. That is outrageous! The little lady who checked us in was accommodating, however not a very pleasant soul. First impressions are everything.
