I was not expecting such a nice place. The staff were nice, the breakfast was yummy, the room clean, bed soft

The photos are completely outdated. The property is run down and smelly. The deadbolt in my room did not lock. There were people smoking marijuana in the back in their cars when I complained the staff allowed them to do it. It was gross, unsafe and overpriced. It's not a three-star hotel

Excellent staff.

My husband and I have business in Pasco and have stayed here more than once. Everything is always clean and the staff goes out of their way to meet any needs we might have. I had to work in the room and it was spacious and very nice. We expect to return to Pasco, and this will definitely be the hotel where we will stay.

Fine place but still tri cities. Good location. Lots of asian massage close.

For being by a main street, the hotel was very quiet. The staff, both night and morning, were VERY FRIENDLY and helpful!! Good, hot coffee (regular AND decaf) is available 24/7. The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was GREAT - eggs, meat, biscuits and gravy, bagels, yogurt, various cereals, fruit, juices, the great coffee and MORE! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!! VERY NICE!!
