"Property seemed unhealthy due to recent flood (as per staff)."

The place had a 4 walls.

TV not functional. Property musty and possibly a health hazard due to recent flood. We stayed here 2 nights prior. We refused to stay here this night, even though it was prepaid. Booking.com said that you would cancel this stay, but never did so. So we had to pay for an extra room. Expected refund!

"Unacceptable! We do not want to be charged for the second night!"

The lobby doors were open and flies and hot air was a real problem. It was so uncomfortable, there was no way you could have eaten breakfast there. The halls were also not air conditioned and vey uncomfortable.

There were restaurants nearby.

Someone from housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:25 pm and before I could get there she was already unlocking the door!!!!I had three grandchildren sleeping and she woke one up with her knocking!!Reported and got no response! Saturday morning breakfast there was not food for everyone! Had to ask for fresh towels and then had to go ask again and bring them back myself!My son’s room was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned!

"Horse shit high priced dump I’ll sleep in my car before I stay there again"

Didn’t clean the room in a three night stay empty the trash or supply clean towels my 4th night I couldn’t shower because I needed the towel in the morning the television worked sporadically
