Carpet was damp and smelled sour

No hot water the entire trip, told itd be fixed tuesday morning, then told it wiuldnt be done later that evening, they offered a full refund but its a pain, i asked if they w p uld offer a refund like half off if we stuck it out, they said could likely do that. Last day of trip comes. Ask them about refund, they say i have to contact the third party (hotels.com) but they will honor their end, i contact hotels, days later im told the manager of baymont didnt honor it, so hotels.cpm offfered me a little onekey cash but thats all i got, terrible, go anywbere else. The breakfast was ready very early and the lady that does it is very sweet tbough.

Horrible smeel as soon as we opened the door of urine. Cable didnt work. Bed was hard and lumpy. AC didnt get the room cooled. Spiders in the shower. Not a good area. Drug deals happenin at the motel next door. Was told i would be charged a $50 deposit that would be credited back at checkout and still has not been refunded.

The bathroom in our room looked dirty. It was a "roll-in" shower and the door frame into the bathroom was either quite dirty or very rusty.

It was convenient for one night. My wife wasn’t fond of the smell.

It's better than camping without a tent, but not by much. The bed was TERRIBLE (I think it was from the 1980s), smelled like smoke in our room, the coffee table was sticky, and the door looked like someone had tried to pry it open in the past. Limited dining options, but there was a Crooked Pint nearby. The staff was very nice, which is why I did not complain; it was not their fault that the facilities sucked. I would recommend spending a few dollars more and go to Holiday Inn down the street.

It was comfortable and clean. Wish they had an elevator.

Barb was excellent. Helpful and told us where to safely park our motorcycles.

Just a dirty hotel and I got some bug bites after sleeping here.
