Baymont by Wyndham Sioux Falls West (67058) Sioux/ Near Airport

The room had broken and dirty amenities, a light with wires cut off and presumably live in the lamp.

To put it in a nutshell - Management needs to do better. They need to proper maintenance and proper cleaning. When you open the door to room and there are two big chunks of the carpet gone it most certainly does not start your stay off with a warm fuzzy feeling. Shower curtain rod and toilet paper holder were both barely attached, sheets and mattress pads had stains and cigarette burns. Holes in the dust ruffle on the bed. The furniture, notably a bench had so many "stains" in the fabric that a black light would have no doubt sent us running. Again - note to Management - take some pride in your property and maintain it properly. Refrigerator was the coldest I've ever had at a hotel - that was nice. Outside appearance was pleasant.

The carpet was damp and turned my feet brown from walking on it. The sprayed on ceiling is cracked and peeling.

We had an amazing stay during Rock the Country in Sioux Falls! Close go the venue, decently clean!

The room stunk of feet. The paint over the tub walls and ceiling were peeling and crumbling in the shower by baseboards and shower head. There was a dead bug on the bathroom floor and light fixtures. In the morning I saw a live bug crawling around the toilet. And by the bed near the window a small hard shelled bug flew on to the sheet hanging off the bed. We didn’t leave because it was too late. Terrible place and Wyndham should be ashamed of its relationship to this place..

The hotel was just off of the highway. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious.

No the best room, a/c kind of worked, small tv, hard beds, no exhaust fan in the bath room. Not the best breakfast.

A comfortable and quiet stay. The room could use some updating, especially in the bathroom, as it is beginning to show wear.

Very old. While place smelled like cigarettes. Carpet was ripped and old in several places. I have had better experiences at other Baymont hotels. Check in staff was nice.

Tv didn’t work and staff tried to fix the problem, but when they couldn’t they told me there was nothing they could do because the manager wasn’t there. Arrived and no water was available in the room due to construction in the area. The room was stale and didn’t smell very nice. When I tried to contact a manager to discuss all the issues I was frequently told the manager was not in and couldn’t take my call. When I was able to speak to a manager I was told he’d have to contact a district manager and they would call back. They have since not called back and will not return my calls.
