Baymont by Wyndham Sioux Falls West (67058) Sioux/ Near Airport

There's a dingy motel and a permanently closed diner right next door.

Property had no elevator and breakfast was not good. The staff was friendly upon check in.

There was a hairbrush that wasn't ours sitting in the chair by the window, and there was hair on the wall in the shower.

No elevator to get to the 2nd floor. The first room had a smoke alarm that needed a new battery; it was chirping every 5 seconds. They switched us to a different room, thankfully. The bed was hard. I booked this hotel based on an 8.0 rating, and the Wyndam Baymont names, and figured it would be a decent choice, even though the price was higher than others in the area. While this wasn't my worst hotel experience, it definitely doesn't get into the top 10.

It was old and the carpet had 2 big holes in it, needs a upgrade

The front desk lady was very nice. She had to deal with a massive Karen has we were headed out for supper...felt bad for her. Hotel and area are a little rough around the edges, but the stay was fine overall. A/C could be better

The room itself was fine although the location was rather removed from everything and nothing was convenient. The girl that checked me in definitely lacked in customer service skills. I was made to feel like a big inconvenience in her day.

Checked in- got to the room room- stains on the "clean" bed sheets- found TV didn't work- hotel staff couldn't fix it- asked for another room-non available and we were told being we used the room even if there was another room available we would have to pay for both(we were in the room about 10 minutes at this time)- asked for another working TV-told no available- bathroom shower drain was slow- garbage all over outside- transients walking around around outside..... Will not stay here again.

Clean but the room could use some tlc. Big cracks in the ceiling, missing fixtures, etc. Decent breakfast.

The property is dirty, run down and the room is hirrible. The bed i think was from the 1930s and the bathroom had mold and mildew. My wife and i spent the night during our cross country roadtrip. It was so bad and uncomfortable, we git up early and left. We made $150 for the night and it was not worth a penny.
