"A great location and staff helped make up for some facility deficiencies."

The location is excellent, no more than a 30 minute drive to pretty much everywhere you may want to visit in RI. A truly great staff! Every member of staff we met were friendly and helpful. They seemed engaged in their jobs and eager to be of service.

It is a bit run down and the walls are quite thin and the ventilation system seems to be connected from room to room. One of our neighbors (a long-term resident) smoked a large amount of marijuana daily and the smell came through our bathroom vent. Keeping the bathroom door closed helped but it still made the room smell unpleasant. They also had their tv on from 7 am to 12:30 am daily and we could hear what the people on the tv were saying. We chose the hotel because it had an indoor pool and the pool is unheard due to a mechanical issue. Not the hotel’s fault, but kind of a bummer.
