"Safety and security was a huge relief"

Needed a safe place for my 18 year old son to stay while embarking on a solo road trip directly after graduation. Property was right off the freeway, had free parking, free breakfast, comfortable room and excellent staff.

"So dark and dirty that we moved to a different hotel."

Dark, dirty, staff was not friendly or helpful, homeless with piles of stuff and trash jn the parking lot and immediate surrounding area. We felt so uncomfortable that we did not stay and asked for a refund, which we were not given.

Breakfast and the close proximity to the people I was visiting

After a long day of traveling, I was greeted by a grouchy reception attendant when I arrived. My room was clean however the sheets were “pilling” and the mattress lumpy which made sleeping comfortably difficult.
