Indoor waterpark great for younger ages. Hotel restaurant decent pricing for pizza. Pool hours adhered to (no loud noises after 9pm)

The pool cleanliness - water was terribly murky. No way it was meeting any standards for chemical maintenance. Beer cans everywhere, way over limit of allowed people in the pool. Hotel room opened to a back entrance for the pool area - doors were blackout which was great for privacy but so strange to have zero natural light.

Breakfast was pretty good ..for my taste to much pepper on eggs.

Our room heater didn't work well

We were looking for a nearby one-day/night getaway with our grandkids, and the Holiday Inn & Suites fit the bill beautifully. The facilities were clean, and the rooms (we rented two poolside rooms) were spacious and well maintained. Having access to the rooms from both the hallway and the poolside was a big plus, making it very easy to get to the pool. The water park is just right for younger children. Having a smaller pool area for kids four and under, along with a slightly larger pool for ages four and up, worked out perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price felt very reasonable, and when I called to make the reservation, they even matched a lower price I had found online. Having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker was awesome as well. The pool is open until 9 p.m., and we found the rooms to be well insulated, keeping most of the noise out. We will definitely plan on revisiting in the near future!

The beds were super comfortable. Check in was easy. The breakfast was very good! Well above average for a continental breakfast! The pool was fun but very crowded. The heating/cooling unit had a continuous fan option which is great because most hotel rooms don’t and every time it turns off I wake up since I’m used to sleeping with a fan on at home. The only reason I gave 4 stars was for cleanliness. It was average. There was a fruit loop on the floor by the side of the bed and we didn’t have fruit loops. The bathroom floor could have been more clean as well.

The young lady working at the desk was very nice. She was super helpful.

The Waterpark was closed for the night. I was told that they sent an email about it that I never got. We specifically stayed at this place because of the Waterpark. The young man working the desk when we che ked out was rude and condescending. We definitely will not be staying again.

There were gnats in the dining room and the shuttle driver nearly wrecked twice but otherwise the trip was great! Loved the breakfast and comfort of the rooms

We had a family xmas gathering. Our rooms were ready when we arrived, staff was friendly and very accommodating. Bar and restaurant and all other amenities were wonderful.
