The best free breakfast ever! Room was large and comfy, had an area to charge devices on a shelf and an area for backpack. Lots of storage. Great deals on Dinner specials.

"Great stay for a getaway with kids!"

The rooms were great and clean! Loved that they use actual dove products like shampoo, body wash, etc instead of cheap brands.

The waterpark could have covered the pvc parts and stuff up so they weren’t open or showing on the boat. There was also a lot of chlorine in the whirlpool and it burned your eyes.

The staff was great, especially NICK. He took the time to listen to our needs and was able to accommodate us. My kids loved the indoor water park, and we loved the jacuzzi. Open the BAR! That would be great for the parents while the kids swim.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly however our stay started with issues at check in when the computer system was down. After a bit we got our key card and headed up to our room. The room smelled of sewage so we shut the bathroom door to keep the smell down. It was during a busy week for Madison so it was already tough to get a room so we made due but it wasn’t exactly the best overnight stay we’ve had.
