AC didn’t work in room, but they were able to switch rooms. Pool is nice. Location is clean.

Good customer service. Quiet and clean hallway. Bed was really comfortable. Had a great view of the pool. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Great pool and friendly staff

I waited until the Hotel management got back to me so I could write a fair responsible review. I Woke up around 2 A.M. to a bed bug on my face. I brought the bed bug which was still alive to front desk. Front desk apologized and offered a different room. I couldn't switch rooms in the middle of the night as I had children sleeping with an important event the next day. Later I asked for something to put things and was given 4 garbage bags . As soon as children woke and showered we left room. I stopped by front desk to let them know they could get exterminators in the room now . They said they would have the house keeping supervisor look at it later that morning.(Sunday Morning). Monday I called and they said they would call me back later but did not . Tuesday I called again. Later Tuesday I was called back by Hotel manager who said the house Keeping Supervisor had not seen anything but the hotel will refund my room cost. I asked what steps were taken to fix the bed bug problem. He said was not going to explain that to me.

The hotel store with some great basic essentials

Really enjoyed the stay here! We had poolside rooms which was amazing for my kids! I loved that we weren’t literally outside of the pool, there was a bit of separation. The side we were on had a half wall. We could watch our kids but be near our room. Front service was friendly, the restaurant/bar staff was too! Would stay again!
