Wyndham Garden Tallahassee Capitol Near FSU

The breakfast was nice and the Lady preparing and cleaning was very nice to everyone.

When we booked the stay it offered early check in however when we arrived at the time it gave to use the receptionist was extremely Rude and said they DO NOT DO EARLY CHECK IN. This caused us a 4 hour wait to find someplace to sit which was very difficult during that time. The room was very small and they put us all they back by the employee area in the back of the hotel. The front desk staff could have been more polite due to they are the face of the hotel. At night there was no hot water to take a shower.

We had hot water for four days, no housekeeping came to clean the room or change towels, no working property phone. The whole place was filthy.

Location near FSU

Staff did not answer phone calls for hours. Facility did not have any hot water. Guests were not offered any valued credit or discounts. Bathroom tub was very dirty and looked like it was repainted a few times instead of replaced. Room did not have any entry way lighting.

Can’t say. No hot water , had to find a different place
