Good price for 2-room suite.

The sofa bed was truly awful. Even with two towels and the bath mat as padding, the coils went boing at your back. Pillow case was missing. Front desk failed to deliver missed items, as promised.

breakfast staff and breakfast was great.

The room smelled like a nursing home, and only 1 housekeeping per week is a bit underwhelming. Main benefit was the location; however, I did not find that the price per night is warranted based solely on the location. Additionally, I left a pair of expensive performance gear I utilize or my company in the room. I called the very next day after checkout and it was magically gone. No one saw anything. Escalated to management etc etc but I haven't heard anything and do not expect to get it back. I know with certainty that I left this equipment because I never took it out of the room. I suppose it may have been picked up by someone. Upsetting.

When we arrived there was a really bad issue with the room we booked. Brianna checked us in and she provided great customer service and resolved the issue providing customer support and customer satisfaction. I can honestly say that my trip would have been ruined if it wasn’t for Brianna going above and beyond and doing what was best for the customer. Thank you Brianna!
