"Other than having to wait 25 minutes for my room when I showed up 2 hours after check in a decent hotel"

Sam at the front was cool and helpful

Elevator broken, normal inconvenience but I arrive at 6 PM and check in is at 4PM and room still isn’t ready, that’s crazy.

Area

Elevator don't work and hadn't worked for weeks and of course they didn't inform me until I get there and then put me on the 4th floor.taking stairs every trip was horrible.nice and convenient area tho
