Location

They need to fix elevator and improve their housekeeping. They cannot enforce their own rule once a week which is unhealthy practice. Family was disappointed.

"Overall is a very good option to stay."

The rooms were renovated, the staff is very friendly - specially Sam, the location is convenient - close to The Domain and prices are very competitive.

The elevator has been out of service for a couple weeks, but I got a ground floor room. I had an issue with cleaning, but the front office attendant managed it very well.
