"Clean, good location but very uncomfortable place"

The location is not too far from downtown and is in a nice calm area

The mattress was so bad. Me and my boyfriend woke up with very bad lower back pain. You can hear everything from the neighbors above, every time someone walk or do something you will hear it.

The location is good

The hotel “doesn’t “ communicate through booking, there’s someone else handling their message system and apparently they have no idea who it is, So make sure to call and confirm that you’re request is actually taken care of. Also, The elevator didn’t work so we were forced to take a different room then what we booked… The room had long term spider webs, dirty carpets and smell was not the best, we requested more pillows for the pull out couch- and were told they don’t have any… Cheap hotel, not if you’re looking for a vacation to enjoy, more for work purposes!
