Staff was very friendly upon arrival and throughout stay. Breakfast very kid friendly for picky eaters.

Cleanliness, had to be transferred to another room as the first room looked clean upon enterance, but comforters were visibly dirty, there was soap scum, black mold and hair in the shower. Also seen critters (German roaches) 3 to be exact. Pool temp was too hot and had chloride bleach in it which make my 9yr old daughter very ill after playing for 30 minutes. There was some very sharp spots to the bottom of the pool which caused my 16 yr old son to get a laceration to his toe. We stayed for a week and no housekeeping was done. They only brought new towels every couple of days.
