"Absolutely one of the worst hotels in Decatur, bedbugs and all."

I made my reservation around 120 am and then had vehicle issues and wasn't able to get there until a little before 7 am. I called when I was a couple of miles away only too be informed that I couldn't check in bc I wasn't there before 12 am. I was hoping to get some sleep from 7 am until check out at 12 pm. But he said no, not happening bc I wasn't there by 12 am. When I told him I didn't make the reservation until after that time he told me it wasn't his problem and to call booking.com for a refund.
