Sleep Inn Decatur I-72

First room had black mold on ceiling and on the desk chair, linens were damp, and room smelled of mold and mildew. Were moved to a second room, lights, TV, and hair dryer didn’t work. Linens were damp in this room also. Moved to a third room, smelled of cat pee, and linens were damp in this room also. If I could give zero stars, I would. The only saving grace was the one staff member was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, terrible.

The pillows, blankets, mattress and sheets were stained yellow. We went to the front desk and asked for different rooms.He gave us two rooms next to each other this time, and those rooms were also unacceptable. The bedding wasn't damp in those rooms, but the pillows, blankets, mattress and sheets were also stained yellow. We could not stay there, so we left. He didn't give us a receipt & said that I need to call tomorrow when the manager was there to get my refund. .

Breakfast was underwhelming, limited choices.

The vanity in my room was cracked down the middle from front to back.

The service from Sharon was & always has been Awesome!! Sharon is the reason we are repeat customers. She is courteous, professional and keeps a clean, fit motel. We sure thank you, Sharon. We hope to see you soon. Thank you, George and Tracy

Really, honestly, this is the only place that we have stayed at where everyone & everything was all Great!!! Everything was Great!!! Great job Sharon, George and Tracy
