Everything me and my kids got chemical burns from the pool and my daughter had to be rushed to the ER because her lungs were inflamed from the burns

Close to main road

Pool was closed the next morning my kids couldn’t swim. They had from 11pm to 9 am to clean fix but they closed it instead. That was the main reason I did that hotel. And not the other one closer to where we were visiting. The blanket was torn up under the comforter. Didn’t see it till next day. Ice machine was not working either on our floor. Key card stopped working around 9 am. When check out was 12pm

Was only 10am and checkout lady hassled us about checking out. Told her checkout wasn’t until another 2 hours and she stated “what time is it” very unprofessional. Hot tub not working. Pool extremely hot. Room was not clean. Stains on the comforter! I’ll stay elsewhere next time because this place has went downhill!

This was a terrible stay for our family. From a moldy pool, to ripped window screens, razor blades on the sidewalks, and zero sense of security. In a poor neighborhood to say the least.

Leaving

The same trash was in the same places all three days of our stay. The lobby was mopped several times with the same pieces of paper being left on the floor. The elevator was swept and mopped several times with the same garbage left on the floor. There is trash piled all around the lake and the back. There's trash piled all along the side near the fire exit. The one fire exit did not work, and there was no sign showing it did not work and after you walked all the way across the hotel to try to exit the hotel, it was locked. Upon advising the staff she laughed it off and shook her head and said it's been broke for a few days now. No coffee, no juice. Coming down in the morning and watching the male employee sleep on the couch was very discerning. The hotel has gone down very severely over the years and is not worth the stay for any human occupant.

Your property was the most reasonably priced for the length of stay that I needed, with the best reviews. The room was clean and the staff friendly, especially Sharon, she was great! The other employees kind of ignored everyone and just went about whatever they were doing. When I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was kind and polite but I had to go back the next day to have my points added to my rewards program. My room was supposed to be cleaned after 3 days, but it was 4. I had to ask for my trash to be removed. Breakfast offeriengs were very minimal. It was clean and I wasn't there all day so it was a nice place to stay for my needs. It was not convenient to the location I was visiting but neither were the other hotels.

Broken tv remote, lamps missing bulbs by bed, the window in room did not lock and i was on the first floor so, anyone could get access, pool nor hot tub was available the 3 days i stayed. It's in the middle of nowhere with nothing close in walking distance for those that have no transportation on a stay. This one is on the Do not stay again list!
