Stayed here on our way to Toronto and was pleasantly surprised by the large room. Wanted to give a special shout out to Karen W. for going above and beyond when I needed assistance printing something. She not only helped with the printing but then had the pages delivered to my room! 5 star service!

Great location

I stayed at TownePlace Suites in Dearborn and had a very disappointing experience. The “sofa bed” was not functional or comfortable, it’s more like a couch that flips open with no mattress or proper bedding. I have chronic health issues, and no one offered to assist me with it, forcing me to sleep on the floor. The general manager was dismissive and disrespectful when I raised my concerns. Overall, poor customer service and misleading advertising. Would not recommend.
