Was good for the price.

Our suite was spacious, very clean and relaxing. All of the staff, from the desk, to housekeeping, to custodial, were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The only thing that I would suggest as an improvement would be to add bins for recycling, as I know that we want to leave as little garbage as possible when we travel.

The staff were very helpful and kind. Although the rolm was clean, it felt a little dingy. The ice machine was also broken, so we had to buy ice at the local walmart (which was nearby). Overall, I think we couldve landed a nicer hotel for the price. The food at breakfast wasnt very food and some people complained the sandwiches were still feozen in the middle. I liked their spinach and egg white dish, however.

Very wuite

It was near shopping in the area. Coming in the pool was a green mess, hope your kids werent hoping on swimming. There was a little mini market in the lobby like most hotels but it was a random picked over mess like one day they just stopped restocking it. The staff were pleasant and the room was fine especially for the price

Needs better maintained. Drip pams on stove were old and rusted. Did not look clean. Door hardware als old and rusted. Looked a little beat up in general. Pool did not look clean. When checked in, had to walk down narrow walkway with people smoking to get back to car. Directions to room were not clear. Property map would have been helpful. Door to building had someone smoking right outside and had to get more smoke in my face just to get into the building.

Checking into this hotel was the worst experience I ever had. The 1st room I was given was on the 1st floor, it had gnats in the room, rust on everything even in the refrigerator and a bad odor. We were then switched to another room on the 2nd floor and it wasn't any better. There were gnats in that room as well but not as much as the 1st room, rust on everything as well and the linen on the bedding where dirty and hair was on it. I asked for fresh sheets but I had to change the dirty linen myself because housekeeping wasn't available during the 4-5 o'clock hour to assist. They over authorized my card for the payment amount of $600, and my estimated cost was only $298.68. This hotel is NOT a good example of a Marriott quality hotel. I do not suggest anyone stay there, we checked out early and stayed at the Detroit Marriott Southfield which was amazingly better. The representative at the Towneplace Lilly was great but the hotel is TERRIBLE!

I liked the bathroom and the bed area

The kitchen could’ve been cleaner, the bathroom should’ve had more than 1 roll of tissue, I really don’t like the fact that you can only pay with a credit card and not with CashApp/Chime ect and I didn’t like the fact that my boyfriend had to pay an additional 250$ for a deposit on the room

The staffs were so nice and helpful.The room was pretty old and the lock was broken. Too moist and chilly.
