Central to Ballarat City , it was fantastic for a one night stay including price & , comfort & location . Will definitely stay here again .

Kitchen blind needs replacing , other than that no other issues to raise .

Location was good and provided off street parking. Towels were changed daily.

The shower base leaked water into the main bathroom, the window was cracked in the main bedroom. There was no ability for cot hire. The bunkbeds were in a small room under the stairs that was the extension of a bathroom and smelt like toilet cleaner.
