"good size room, but need better ventilation"

very nice size room, but no AC, window didn't stay open and also poor ventilation in the bathroom. Needs upgrade

"Hotel?"

arrived at hotel no food despit board saying otherwise..room okay spoke to the manager in the morning had asked for wake up call..did not happen...no toilet paper in room only two tea bags..two milk sticks manager said the receptionist was new..the phones were needing replaced but there was a digital clock in the ther was not guests usually went in town so it was not putting on staff for two or three guests one night was enough the restaurant l had a meal was fineby

"Good"

Thought I was booking the Best Western at Schiphol airport with shuttle. After taking the shuttle I find out there are two. The one I booked should not be considered an airport hotel. There is no shuttle unless you call and arrange it. Also it is a 20min drive to Schiphol. The internet add is very misleading. The staff was very pleasant but the hotel is very run down with old mismatched furniture and painted brick walls. Quite depressing, something I would expect from a motel 6 in Detroit USA.

"This hotel needs renovation"

Very basic room with old furniture, the door frame of bathroom floor is 5 cm above floor and will hurt you if you are not careful. I will not recommend this hotel anybody travelling with family. The prices are very high compare to what you get. I was given 04 single beds (2.5 feet bed size with small duvet) and kept struggling to keep myself covered all night.

"Hotel is a con--the name is "Airport Hotel" NO"

When I came out to the courtesy bus for Best Western it was the wrong one and I had to get a taxi to go to mine which is NOT an airport hotel. The following morning they supplied a "shuttle bus". Total cost to be added to the room rate was another 50euro. Most of the "airport hotels" have a free shuttle bus.

"Big room, so so beds and broken tv"

Nice enough hotel, friendly staff and easy check-in. Beds were not very supportive and pillows very hard, bed side tables in random places. Worst part was huge tv on wall but all the antenna wiring in pieces behind the desk so no working TV!

"Not recommended at all."

Fridge not working, no water to drink in bedroom, not ice in the hotel, dirty room, bathroom, really a bad experience not recommended at all, even in a restaurant located around the area knew by other customers how bad it is. Said that only one person was in charge of cleaning around.

"Nice hotel in quiet location"

A nice, comfortable hotel a stones throw from a small bus station. An hour by bus into Amsterdam central. Good facilities and very helpful staff. Very pleased and would definitely stay again.
