"False Advertising "

This hotel was listed as the "airport Best Western" however it is not the closest one to the airport. It is hard to find and terrible quality. The hotel is very outdated and dirty. Spend a little extra money and stay elsewhere!

The hotel smell old, there is old carpet, stink so bad. In the room smell terrible, looks like someone smoke not long ago. Location of the hotel in the middle of nowhere. Very far away from airport, no shuttle to and from airport. They charge for shuttle or you need to ride a taxi.

"Good hotel in a quiet neighbourhood"

Had to spend an extra night after missing our flight, booked this not knowing the location so here it is: Be aware that this hotel is about 15 min drive from airport (50+ euros) and about 50 min bus ride. Bus station is 2 min walk though. Also, there is a straight bus that can take you to Central Station in Amsterdam which is about 45 min away. Clean rooms, helpful staff and quiet area in the suburbs.

Huge disapointment. Very far out of Amsterdam. Honestly for the money you can get a hotel on the beach in Amsterdam for half the price. Looks like warden controlled flats for the elderly.

"Expected more"

Entrance was not well indicated so it was a little hard to find our way first of all. After seeing photos from the hotel we expected more, but we felt more like it was a motel of sorts. Duvet was very thin, one of the pillows very hard and the shower partially broken.

"Exceptional"

Everything was great about this hotel... Except location. 15-20 min. From airport. Private shuttle 25 euro. Taxi was almost 50! Great daily menu of chefs choice. Friendly staff.

"A tired hotel, not at airport."

I was disappointed Queen size bed was two singles pushed together, cracked unsafe electrics in room.The Hotel was not close to airport, no shuttle service.
