"A great welcome by reception staff, together with a large and very clean room."

Modern, clean and bright hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast.

Our room did not have a bath. The mattress for us felt too firm. The orange juice at breakfast was not mixed and was very watery.

What a gem of a hotel this is. I booked to stay with my little boy and he was blown away. He does love a hotel stay. Upon arrival, we were welcomed in such a friendly manner by Afgani - He is most certainly the friendliest and most welcoming receptionist I have ever met. A credit to the hotel. I had contacted the hotel ahead of our stay to say that this was a treat for my son and when we went up to our room, Keeley had popped a note and two cookies in the room as a welcome gift. This was well received by my son and such an kind touch. We look forward to visiting again soon.

"A great visit before a meeting the next day"

Dinner was great, a good selection and reasonably priced. The car parking is free as long as you register at reception which I think is a massive plus these days.

"A bit of a squeaky!"

Location although traffic noise was bad. Bar and main areas bright.

Squeaky floor boards, squeaky bed. Rats running around car park. Lack of communication when key cards changed ( A board at entrance with large notice informing change would have helped) just saying.

Great bathroom facilities, lived that there was a bath option as well as a shower. Close to A huge Tesco's superstore. Highly recommend the buffet breakfast, top marks.

A bit out of the way but fortunately regular bus service.
