"Loved our stay, very disappointed we did not get a breakfast we paid for and were offered no refund."

The hotel was lovely and the room was really nice, the staff were very friendly.

We paid £28 for breakfast and when we went down in the morning the chef had called in sick. We were offered tea or coffee and toast. We paid £34 for our breakfast at a nearby cafe.

"Friendly and helpful staff."

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Room # 104: The hotel is generally in very poor condition (the carpets are thread bare, lights in the bedroom don’t work, shower water flowed from the shower room into the bedroom carpet. Breakfast was so disappointing. We went elsewhere for the remainder of our visit

Great location, less than a 10 minute walk to city centre. Room was spotlessly clean and the receptionist who checked us in and out was so lovely and helpful
