The interior of the hotel was exceptional. It was clean and modern throughout.

There was no air conditioner in my room with the 33 degree weather. We haven’t been told in advance about the aircon. So disappointed.

"Easy, clean and comfortable"

The room was spacious and clean and gave us a good place to stay overnight in Bristol. There is also free parking on weekends which is great as you do need to drive to this hotel.

I did not like that there is an additional charge for the spa and gym as this used to be free and a lovely addition to the hotel.

staff were good

you had to pay for parking and for use of the spa additional to the hotel booking the rooms were Noisy i struggled to sleep as could hear people in corridors and through interconnecting room doors.
