The property was fine I as charged twice to stay there and they wouldn’t provide a refund so that was negative on the property. The lady on reception when we left said that they would verify that only one room was was used and we were charged by accident but then when approached they refused to give a refund

Location was great.

Our bedroom door room 208 didn’t shut properly and when we went out for the evening the door was open on our return. We had to use the chain to make sure it shut.

Bathroom was in need of attention. Wash basin did not drain well. Hotel is still externally branded as a Best Western although hotel has changed ownership/franchise, which made locating tricky as there are numerous hotels in the area. Pictures on Booking.com show the current name.

The facility is easy is very close to both the train and the bus station, clean and safe to stay. The staff are amazing. I lost my gold hand bracelet and it was handed over to me when I asked at the counter. My visitors are able to use their safe and secure bar . The stay is just amazing and I got value for money spent. I am looking forward to coming back again and again.
