Good value for money and good location

Lovely friendly,helpful staff,both evening and morning! Fab location for what we needed and great price

Only issue was actually finding the hotel! Not familiar with the area so was literally using the picture used online of the front of the hotel to be told once we found it,it hadn't been updated with new name and picture! Other than that everything else was fine 🙂

Room was clean and spacious. Bed linen was very nice

Could have had biscuits with the tea and coffee. During the early hours, 2.30am, late comers let doors bad very loudly waking us up. Doors could be made to soft close. No signage outside the hotel we missed it on arrival. The hotel nearby directed us back. There was a paper hotel sign about the size of a greeting card, stuck on the window! Not many parking spaces.

Bed was large and comfortable, well laid out.

2 of the plug sockets in the room didn’t work, the provided fan had a leg at a 90° angle so couldn’t stand upright, we attended the £10 pp breakfast an hour before it ended to find 1 sausage, 3 hash browns and 4 slices of brown bread. No more was bought out. There was also men outside drinking all night. Also the hotel isn’t signposted, it’s a best western. Made it hard to find at midnight.
