"Served it’s purpose with a added bonus of lovely staff"

The male staff in the bar/dining room was lovely . Couldn’t do enough for us and the food was also lush . Great value for money and nice reception staff . Location was perfect for our hospital visit . Blue badge parking is free which makes a change x

The beds are hard … they roll you into the middle so we both have twisted our backs. This is not disabled friendly (no walk in shower only over the bath )

Spacious and relaxing

The contact person needs little education about his work environment. Also there were no obvious sign post about the hotel. Best Western and Royal Victoria Crown Hotel all confusing especially at night.

"Great for the money."

Good location as near to city centre attractions. Allowed 3 adults to share triple room which kept the price down - only £52. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.

Room was very hot and even the fan didn’t help much. Corridor smelled of cigarette smoke.
