Staff on recetwere very good in changing room for us due to the first room having screwed windows that would not open

Breakfast ok. Chap in evening reception lovely

Two female staff on reception this morning were abrupt rude and over charged us with little apology. They tried to charge us for a spa we hadn’t used and were unapologetic when the mistake was pointed out. The tv had no signal so no channels available. When informed reception again no apology and just said they would inform maintenance. I took a picture as evidence. For £200 a night with no tv channels and poor reception staff it was absolutely not worth the money

Stayed for a wedding as guests, was very convenient to the barn location which was fantastic. Staff in the bar and breakfast area, were great and it's clear these areas have been recently renovated to a high standard.

Front desk staff were not that friendly, you have to pay extra to use the spa. Expensive for what you get - our room was one of the older ones and incredibly hot. Window only opened ajar and the AC didn't work.

Nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was good and the facilities are very nice. I don’t agree with the extra charge to use the swimming pool though and feel this should be included in the room rate.
