Really appreciated very efficient and friendly reception desk staff.

"Great stay with only a few minor issues"

Check-in was smooth and easy, staff were welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a huge bed. The spa area was tidy with an excellent sauna and steam room, and the pool itself is a good size. The restaurant looked inviting, with plenty of options for different dietary needs. There was also plenty of parking available, and the TV in the room had Sky Sports.

The mini fridge contained milk that was two days past its expiry date, though this was quickly replaced with an apology. The pool was quite cold, the hot tub button for bubbles was broken and the temperature was only lukewarm. The signal on the TV dropped out frequently, which was frustrating.

"Great value, great amenities, great staff. "

Very warm welcome from reception, room spacious and clean. Restaurant really focused on delivering good service. Dont be shy to let more personality come through via chat and smiles while in the restaurant, food fab quality. Breakfast good, eggs cooked well and quickly. Will most definitely return as value for money is great.

no electric car charger building noise at midnight and early morning that disturbed us not allowed to sit inside when having a drink at bar disappointing breakfast - greasy, expensive was booked as twin room but was hot and pokey
