Hampton Inn Lenoir City

Disappointed in lack of kids facilities; especially since the pool was closed.

The room was on the first floor like I prefer the biggest problem though is I could not go in and out the side door I could go in and out the front door, but not the side and when you’ve got dogs who are service animals, it made it highly Inconvenient. They were assess to address any and all issues that I gave them. I really applied them on.

This property is one of our favorites due to the detail in the room and the property amenities. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Property. Convenient location to restaurants, gas, grocery, and shopping. Property is set back, so it is quiet. Parking, some shaded spots, with building access on three sides. Excellent, fresh cookies during check in hours. Bottled water at check in, daily, if you are Honors member. Hot breakfast, included, and available until 10am daily, has a wide selection of fresh and well stocked items. Check out the mini scones! Coffee is available throughout the day. The water in the building is softener-serviced. The fitness center is kept clean and is well ventilated. Pool is clean in appearance and well maintained. The fire doors at the ends of the building have soft closers, brilliant! Elevators are clean and quick. Windows are kept clean. Rooms. Lighting is good. HVAC is Tennessee summer hot and humid powerful, and is easy-set thermostat controlled with fan, auto or on, option. Pillow top bed and bedding is in excellent condition, and very comfortable. King comes with four pillows. Both sides have a side table with drawer (The Bible included, awesome!) cubby compartment with lamp and an outlet and/or charging extension. Clean and working larger-sized dorm fridge, small microwave, and Keurig are included. Desk has with ergonomic chair and lamp with face-mounted outlet. Sofa-like lounger is my wife’s favorite place in the room! Large TV is mounted, perfect viewing height, on a three drawer, with shelf, base. Smallish (30” wide?) mirrored closet includes iron and full-size board. Bath is all-in-one enclosed space, with a commercial-sized manually operated exhaust fan… no steamy mirror! There is a single sink, mounted in a deep (2’?) and wide (5’?) marble-top open face furnishing, with two full width shelves. (Double sinks are nice, but I’d rather have the counter space.) Lotion and soap dispensers are wall-mounted next to the sink. Toilet is elongated, with a soft-close seat. Shower is large with 7’ high shower head, and wall-mounted soap/shampoo/conditioner, two soap holders, and sliding doors with towel bar handles. Three shelves are built into the wall, just outside the shower, three large hooks are mounted at the opposite end of the shower. Bath door has a dual hook. Note to Hilton management: This property has great bones. It’s time for a renovation as some materials are showing their age. Note to staff: Keep looking to improve the customer experience. Keep things clean, dusted, and well-maintained. Don’t let the bean-counters get between you and great customer service. Keep up the good work!
