Hampton Inn Lenoir City

The hotel was really nice and clean, they are undergoing some renovation currently, but that did not affect our stay.

Was not what I usually expect from a Hampton. Realize they were doing a renovation but the breakfast was lame. Typical of a low budget hotel. I want a refund

This hotel is under construction. The front doors didn't work and a construction worker had to let me in. There is no lobby, no breakfast area, and no reception desk. Nobody was there to check me in and I had to ask if the place was even open. I was able to get into my room only because I had the virtual key in the app. The room itself was lovely. It was newly done. But, the next morning they just had a few muffins and pieces of fruit due to the construction. On the app there is no warning about the construction and it still says there is a hot breakfast, which is incredibly misleading. When I did find a staff person they said there is no way to update the app, but I've seen construction notices on the Hilton app for other properties so I just don't think that's true. Bottom line, I would not have stayed here had I known, and there appears to be little concern that they are misleading their customers. Very disappointing.

We showed up to the lobby. There was no lobby. No front desk. They are renovating. No warning when we booked weeks ago. I walked around for 5 min then I went outside and decided to call. It rang and rang. I went back inside, and there was the phone system, sitting on a chair where the front desk used to be, ringing away for 5 minutes. Finally a worked found a hotel employee and they told us we couldn't check in until later. Asked us to do the digital checkin through the Hilton Honors app if we could. Of my 8 rooms, only one of us could. It didn't help because it didn't work. When we went back in after they told us the rooms would be ready the staff is nowhere to be found. We call them from the laundry room. They say, "give us a call when you get here." We told them "walk outside the door, we're in YOUR laundry room." They walked out got our names, came back with keys. My credit card got charged random amounts 5 charges for the 4 rooms checking in that day. That was weird. I asked them about it. They said, "Oh that says Hampton Inn Knoxville. That's not us." Ok, I ask, If I paid them and they charged us while you were checking us in, then why did you give us keys? Shouldn't the charge come from you? "You have to bring that up with them." Then she shut the door and we never saw an employee again. Rooms were good. Showers leaked all over. Breakfast was non-existent - see pic. Parking was all taken up by the workers.

Booked 6 rooms for a family get together happening over the weekend. When we showed up the hotel was under construction both inside and out. There was no lobby, there was no computers at the front desk nor a staff member around to check us in. There is no continental breakfast due to the construction as well. We were told by the front desk staff (when we found them) that the company does not tell the customers and they’ve gotten complaints about this. It was not on any booking ap/site either. Paid full price for these rooms too. Tried to call Hilton customer service but they state they cannot do anything until after we check out. Which is not helpful because the issue is NOW. The front desk staff obviously can’t do anything about construction, I know it’s not her fault. But the customer service # said that we have to try and give the hotel itself enough time to rectify the situation. Not sure what can be done seeing as the hotel is “full” per the front desk staff.

Hotel now allows pets on any floor. It used to be that pets (dogs) were only permitted on first floor to avoid their elevator use.Due to uncontrollable barking during the night we had to request to be moved to another floor. Manager refused to move the family with the dog. Manager tried to contact the family to but found they were out and left their pet alone and could not control barking. Several other people complained and they were moved to another floor too. Won’t be staying here again due to their pet policy.

It fit our needs traveling through perfectly! It was off the highway, but not too close. They were remodeling, but that didn’t affect our stay. Negative was the bed pillows were very small.

Extremely overpriced for current conditions. Hotel under renovations. Constant loud construction and continuous noise during the day. At night, we were staying with a family member in the hospital, so it was very unfortunate we were unable to rest during the day.

The bed was broken down on a slant really messed my back up. I brought it to the attention to a young man working, he seemed not interested.
