Hampton Inn Lenoir City

Pets need to have established rooms..fully cleaning the establishment is impossible. I love all animals, especially dogs, but biological differences change environmental factors caused by bacteria and organisms living on the animals. Medical professionals would concur. The customer service is great. Just need to upgrade reservation system to include and exclude pets to certain rooms..because the air freshener the room attendant used didn't remove the source of the cheesy odor.

Its just nice. Clean. Quiet. Pretty view from our room. Close to town but still quiet.

we didn't use breakfast as we were up at 3am for a fishing trip. If you plan to get any sleep, sleep on the top floor so you don't have people above you stomping, and sleep away from the pool as kids screaming outside and parents not keeping them quiet was quite a frustration. had to call front desk each night we stayed there to address the situation of kids running up and down the halls and screaming out at the pool after closing time.

pillows could use a bit more fluff, shower pressures were limited... alter the hours of pool operation, kids screaming at 11pm-12am is a bit much

The front desk was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was awesome. And the rooms were exceptional.We would come back again! You can also identify the staff by their uniforms. recommended a restaurant across the street from the hotel. It was excellent..

Unfriendly staff. The lobby was being renovated. Had to wander around for 15 min before we could find anyone. They charged us random rates, and when I asked about it they looked at my hotels.com booking and told me that my hotel was actually the one down the street so I needed to talk to hotels.com because I didn’t have a reservation there. And then they handed me my key and closed the door in my face. Bizarre interaction. But hey - there was a single banana for the entire hotel to share at the continental breakfast.
