Travelodge by Wyndham Las Vegas

No key for my personal room, system was broken during my stay. Staff was not polite, even rude

Awesome deal and a walk away from where I needed to mostly visit.

I didn't like that everytime we needed to get in our room we had to have staff open they said the room key machine broke down i don't know if its true or not but i didn't like it

Rooms were super outdated and floors felt like they were gonna fall through. The keys stopped working so they had to let us in our room everytime

It has an excellent customer service team.

The motel is run down. 1st room had a door connecting the adjacent room but you could not lock it. The TV control didn't work. The TV was stuck on the home shopping network. When we asked for a new control they said they could not get us one. They moved us rooms instead, to a room with a smaller TV. The tiny shower was leaking cold water from the ceiling. And the lady at the front desk was Supper Rude! They had the parking lot entrance closed with cones and the maintenance guy that was in charge of letting cars in and out was not there. We had to move the cone to get out.

Super convenient location- immediately next to the festival grounds, walkable to the Punk Rock Museum as well as bigger areas on the strip in the other direction. Comfortable and clean enough and the staff are friendly and accommodating.

A bit worn and infested with street roaches coming from outside through the door step. Very bad experience.

Not impressed. The staff demanded a cash deposit for the room despite my credit card being on file. We were told to use the ATM in the lobby which had outrgaous fees, especially for travellers. I've never had this happened with Expedia before. The room smelled horrible and the bathroom was in rough condition. We would have opened a window for some fresh air but it was being held shut with a piece of metal.
