Travelodge by Wyndham Las Vegas

The recepition was rude when I checked in. but the stay was ok.

For a weeknight your rates are high for this kind of hotel. the office staff are rude and indifferent to customers. The carpet in the room was very soiled and the shower was not clean.

Just average. The "breakfast is so very basic with only coffee, bagels and one type of fruit.

the lady at the front desk ( With the ugly eyebrows) was rude. Not friendly at all and not helpful. Be more respectful towards your guest.

The photos on the add were misleading. The property was in a far worse condition than advertised. And the bed was extremely uncomfortable

No phone charger at bedside, both lamps usb ports are broken.

The plexiglass at reception was a nice touch, wasn’t sure whether it was because of bad customers (weren’t any while we were there), rude staff, or the fact they made every customer leave a $100 CASH security deposit. They even provide a cash machine right there within 5 meters that has a nice $3 surcharge for your trouble. Can’t even leave because you are pre-paid so it’s pretty much extortion. Really liked the ‘if you don’t remember to pick up your deposit on checkout then you forfeit it’ bit you have to sign too. Like the person behind me said, tourists don’t carry cash and the locals would never stay here. Anyway, the room itself was large and clean. Pity it was over 93F and the air conditioning was not on. It took 2 hours to cool the room down. The other nice touch was the shower head that was set up for all their 4’ tall customers .. I’m 5’4 and the shower head was at my nose level. My over 6’ husband was really impressed. The motel was in a good position but we’ll never recommend it to anyone we actually like. Were so glad to get out of there.

Customer service is 0. They are asking for cash deposits. How can a traveller carry local currency. They do not take deposits via Credit Card. They are taking photo copies of Credit card, which is unsafe

Very poor service, required 100 dollars cash (no cards) for the prepaid stay. Coming for work this was not possible so i had to book somewhere else. Staff was very slow very rude and refused a package i was receiving through fedex. Pick somewhere else its not worth the headache. Motels in mexico got better service and are cleaner.

We were welcomed very rudely. After spending 3 days just on flights from New Zealand to get to our accomodation and asked if we can please book in a bit earlier as we were really tired and just wanted a bed to sleep, we were told in a very rude way sorry no, book in is 3pm. One staff member yelled at me, and my friend said to her there is no need to yell. When we finally got booked in we reported to them that the hair dryer is not working and was told they will bring us a replacement, which never happened. I am very disappointed in the way they handel their customers, friendliness brings you a long way,
