Fabulous property. Clean room, very quiet on our visit but enjoyed this. Beautiful grounds. Breakfast good.

Love Buxted Park, staff are loverly, very helpful. Sadly the bar menu has been cut significantly, not so much choice and a bit over priced. Bring back what you used to have on the menu.

Beautiful country house in glorious grounds. Nicely furnished rooms and wonderfully attentive staff.

We enjoyed a very peaceful, relaxng stay even though there were weddings each day. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with good room service.

Excellent check in, arrived early at 11:00 am and they rearranged my room no 6 within half an hour. Nice room but some low level improvements would make for a better experience. No chargeing points for phones when you only have usb lead. Dated tech in hotel and poor wifi in areas.bad stain on bed was worrying, no area to relax in hotel as all bar taken up with afternoon tea clients. Other opt the coat of arms Room was cold. Fire not lit and 3 degrees outside. Had to leave early for business and the wonderfull woman on reception went the extra mile and arranged a food bag to go... big thanks to the staff.

This is a lovely building in an even nicer setting. And this makes it a Wedding venue. Almost to the exclusion of non-wedding party guests. The staff were all friendly, helpful and very keen to go the extra distance, but it seems that the primary market is for the Wedding parties and we felt that we were almost an inconvenience. There was one taking place on the Saturday and then a Wedding convention on the Sunday. We could have blagged some freebies, but i was happier to just get out of the way and wander round the glorious grounds on a beautiful sunny November morning. Final comment. I like a bit of variety in the choices at the bar. The Wine List is excellent, the spirits are good but the beer choices are pathetic. No imagination or creativity. There is so much good stuff out there, think outside the box!! And £2.75 for what is almost a pipette of Ginger Beer is taking the p***!!!!
