Buxted Park Hotel

Comfortable, beautiful hotel

The hotel, food and staff were absolutely first class, and I will certainly be returning there in the near future. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends and family.

A hotel that has history but is now a little tired in places. Paintwork in the en-suite very poor. Sink did not hold water. Otherwise room very comfortable. Evening meal in the restaurant was of excellent quality. Breakfast on day two - in the Orangery was not a patch on the previous day. A single toaster was totally inadequate for the number of people being fed. The Orange drink dispenser had obviously not been properly cleaned as black lumps were found when dispensing. It was replaced when I pointed it out but should have been checked by the staff. Staff were good and welcoming.

Friendly staff and excellent property with very good view. However the shower head is not not very good - the water stream was weak.
