"Conference and vacation"

Enjoyed staying at the resort for a multi day conference and then an extra day as vacation. Really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, price was included in our room. Great servers, including Nallely. Sushi at the restaurant on the main lobby level was great as well. Servers and meal choices, including mango smoothies at somewhere it’s 5 o’clock we’re nice. Plenty of lounge chairs around the pool. Difficult at times to get beverage service on busy days at the pool. Our room was really nice. Loved all the amenities in the bathroom. We’re given lots of great recommendations by Bellman, Ricky, thinks to him for all the local suggestions. Costs for Parking during stay was not clearly communicated at check-in, but we eventually figured it out. Made reservations for the Cabaret event that the Vault. Great performance, felt however the food offerings were incredibly limited and very very expensive. Would highly encourage others to eat before or plan on enjoying food afterwards.

"It was paradise in a resort"

The resort was beautiful and faced the ocean with the rain forest in the back. One of the most beautiful places we have been. The pictures do not do it justice. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurants were accommodating. The pools were great for children. The grounds were so well taken care of. I highly recommend.
