The shower didn’t work properly

Parking not secure. Staff do not care. I normally don't write reviews or complain much, but I felt I must this time. My wife and I parked our car there, in the secure garage, or so we thought. We parked for a week while we were away in Mexico. Upon return, the sunroof of our car was broken and it was apparent that someone had been through the compartments in the car. We went to the front desk to report it and the staff not only didn't care but they were rude to us. All they could even manage to say to my wife was "call the police". They would much rather have pretended we weren't there. They did not call security, they did not offer any help or even the slightest bit of concern. It is never a pleasant experience to come home after a long flight and find something like this but they made it much worse. We realize these things happen, but the fact that the car was not safe in their facility and it wasn't even noticed that this happened to our car so it gives the idea that nobody is even watching, made us feel that we did not get what we paid for. We found out through the police later that some areas of the garage aren't even in view of cameras. My advice is save your money and park in a field somewhere to get the same level of safety or go somewhere else.

They gave free parking

I am writing to share my experience during my recent stay, as I was quite disappointed with several aspects of the service and accommodations. Firstly, the temperature in the hotel was extremely uncomfortable. The room was excessively hot, making it very difficult to rest. Unfortunately, this issue was not addressed in a timely manner, and it was only on the second night—just before my departure—that a fan was finally offered. By then, the discomfort had already significantly affected my stay. There was also an issue with being double charged for the deposit. Although this was eventually refunded, it did cause unnecessary concern and inconvenience during my stay. While I appreciate that breakfast and parking were offered as compensation, I did not make use of the breakfast, as I had already mentioned that I would not be having it. As such, this did not meaningfully resolve the situation. Overall, the combination of the room conditions and the inconvenience experienced did not meet expectations. I would appreciate it if you could consider providing an appropriate gesture of goodwill or partial compensation. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.
