"It was ok."

We were booked on the fifth floor and then told we had to take one elevator to 4 get off and take another to 5. Very inconvenient when you are traveling through and have a lot of luggage. The front desk manager was not welcoming. He was gruff and his accent was very strong. He also seemed to mumble and I had to ask him several times to repeat himself. I don’t mind the accent, he just wasn’t very welcoming and there was not a hint of a smile. We arrived late and left early and he was the only person I delt with.
